Has The Recruit been renewed for season 2?
As of the writing of this article, Netflix is yet to make an official statement about the fate of the show. At the moment, it’s too early to say. So far, the show has received positive feedback from both fans and critics alike, which is always a good sign. Generally, Netflix gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate. With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly (ala. Squid Game, Bridgerton & Irregulars) Other times, it can take months before Netflix decide a show’s future. We’ll be sure to update this article more in the future with definitive news either way!
What we know about season 2 so far:
According to the show’s creator, Alex Crowley, there have been talks of a season 2 but nothing is definite. However, I believe we can all agree that the show has a lot of potential for a few seasons. What happens to Owen? What happened to Karolina and why did she do what she did? We have so many questions that only season 2 can answer. Hopefully we find out soon that Netflix have renewed this one but so far, this has not been renewed. What is the burning question you had after completing season 1?
